The last Dewalt sawzall I purchased was at least 15 years ago. It was twice as big and heavy, and had a smaller battery. The tech has certainly improved over the years. This thing is small, almost TOO small. When you're sawing through something heavy, you want a heavy saw to balance it out. It doesn't get thrown around, but I don't think Dewalt would want to make anything smaller than this. It's not as powerful as the big, corded models, but that's to be expected. If you want a sazall that you can just stick into a wall and cut everything, get a big, corded model If you don't need that power, this compact version will do it.

This shorter version gets into place where the full length ones will not. The installation of the blade is probably the BEST in comparison to any other models out there. And I have use several other types, Highly recommend this to anyone.

The saw works great, has a good amount of power, and is compact, so it's easy to use in tight spaces. This kit included a battery and charger, too, which is a great value as batteries on their own are very expensive.

I'm really bias here, I am a DeWalt guy and always will be. I love their products, well built and durable. The only thing I don't like is their cost. DeWalt tools are a bit spendy. However, DeWalt tools are designed for the professional who expects a lot from their tools. The perfect replacement for my out-of-date corded reciprocating saw, and it's quieter. I like the compactness of this recip saw, it's easier to handle when working in joist and/or stud cavities.

No le dura nada la batería. Prácticamente es inservible. No sabría decir si es la pila,el cargador o la máquina en sí lo que falló....Esperando reembolso por devolución.
