Woolrich Men's Rescue Jacket

Most amazing jacket. I bought this in 2012 and still wear it to this day when it gets colder out. It’s a great jacket.

Right now is still September and I have no idea if this jacket will be worm enough for me during the winter. So I am relying on other customer reviews and the posted fill factor for that. I suspect the material is not going to burn when I smoke and the ashes fall on it, which is something I wanted. In choosing the winter jacket I was between this product and a north face jacket. The jacket looks like a quality product, but until the cold weather hits I will not really now how worm it is.

The fabric, construction, and fit exceeded my expectations as did the price. Wonderful gift for my son. He loved it.

This is a smart buy that won't break the bank. By doing some research online, I came across the Woolrich brand. I purchased 2 of these jackets to be used in the Northwest Territories in Canada, where the daily temperature in winter hits below 40 degrees celcius. And at 50% off, that'a a smart buy....considering that Canada Goose jackets with the exact same spec cost on average $800.

But the sizing is off. I bought an XL as I have from Woolrich in the past, and this is a little snug. Not enough to return it, just enough that I'll have to wear something light under it.

A little to small and a little too short.
