I bought this as a gift for my husband. He loves it unfortunately I have to buy another tea pot and this one will go on a shelf as a to look at and not to use. He used it once and two negative things happened. Once you have water in it you have to use something to carry it and pour because it is too hot to hold. Also the main reason he can never use it again after using it for tea I took the lid off to reveal that part of the inside of the teapot had broken off after having tea in it. So now I have to get him a completely new tea pot for his tea.

This thing was sooooooo tiny. Not quite what I expected. Cute for kids tea party but not much else in terms of functionality

I don't like the fact that it's kinda small..the handle gets way too hot..and the lid leaks..fromt the things I've read about this type ot clay pot does not match the quality .

This is perfect for 2 cups of tea! It has a classic appearance and I really have enjoyed making tea in it. It’s everything I expected.

A very nice addition to my collection of "Stuff". If you like unique and quirky teapots don't pass on this one.

This teapot is fine if you want it for decorative purposes. However, the handle is hollow and if you make tea in it the handle fills with water and gets very hot. You will need a towel or oven mit to be able to pour the tea.

love the teapot but the handle is hollow. when you put hot water in you have to have a cloth or something on the handle to serve. it gets too hot

Looks fantastic, i use for decoration mostly. The handle gets extremely hot when filled so be aware of that before using.

Good clay tea pot, distributes tea temperature very well.However, be better (5 star) if the yellow cord was slightly longer.update: to 1 starI've received another yixing teapot and the same tea I have tastes better, fuller flavoured.
