The media could not be loaded.  The shield took about 1 minute to assemble: peel off the protective sheet from both sides of the guard, pop open the two rubber tabs that hold it to the eyeglass-like frame, and it is ready to wear. The big surprise was that 6 frames and 6 shields were included in the box – one would have been a fair price so this is a super deal. I am 6 feet talk and weigh over 240 lbs. I don't wear eyeglasses. My wife is 4 ft-10 inches tall and does wear glasses. The shield fits both of us comfortably. The open top means it won’t seal wuite as well as a strap-on model with a foam forehead cushion. However this slows down or stops large droplets and aerosols spewed by a nearby shouter/sneezer/cougher. And it doesn't fog like my conventional shield does. I rely on an N95 mask for nose/mouth protection, and this protects my eyes.

The media could not be loaded.  When I ordered these face shields, I wondered if they would interfere with my prescription eyeglasses, but I was pleasantly surprised that they did not interfere at all. These shields are useful to prevent splashes or direct contact in your eyes, nose or mouth of any fluid droplets that are big enough not to float in the air. To protect against disease, I will wear these with a surgical mask when I am around possible contagious people. I will also use these when spray painting along with my respirator in my spray booth. Up until now, I wore goggles, but they did not fit very well over my eyeglasses. In summary, a very good product at a reasonable price.

I purchased the face mask for my elderly parents and for my use when a cloth mask alone was not enough protection against aerosol droplets where social distancing is not possible like when I go grocery shopping. When the product first arrived I was pleased that it contained multiple shields. However, the shield does not come pre-assembled. I am handy so I was able to attach the plastic to the eyeglass frames. The shield is lightweight and the plastic is clear. The shield is comfortable and can be worn with glasses, however, because the shield uses the eyeglass frame the area above the forehead is open and therefore not airtight. I can not recommend its use if the purpose is to provide additional protection to COVID as it does not shield the face from aerosol droplets. It will provide someone with comfortable face and eye protection.

As an RN working in an ICU I’m no stranger to the need for face shields. Thought I’d give this one a try and share my thoughts.The construction is simple: a glassless eyeglass frame with a simple attachment to a clear plastic, wrap around shield. Extended nose rests so it sits farther from your face (important if you already wear glasses, which I do.)The construction is lightweight; I barely felt it on my head while wearing. It extends above my glasses so a ball cap is precluded. It wraps fairly well around to the sides to protect from frontal-side splash, but not far enough for me to feel like fluids directly from the side would be COMPLETELY mitigated. This still doesn’t worry me though.I experienced only slight fogging on my glasses while wearing a mask but little on the shield. I believe the open top design helps as opposed to the shields with the foam forehead strap that restricts air flow.Overall I like these shields (there were six in my pack.)What I didn’t care for: the nose piece was not that comfortable. It was tolerable, but a little distracting. I might find it better if there was some mole skin or similar cushion on it. Silicone cushions with the product would have helped.Overall, I’d recommend it. I’m between 4-5 stars for the nose piece issue, but will give it 5 knowing that everyone has different comfort perceptions. If you need a light face shield, this is a fairly good way to go.

I recently flew from the Bay area to Seattle for a family visit . My daughter and husband have started a family and have a 17month baby. I purchased this shield with mask at my daughter's request. The first time wearing it was when I arrived atmy airport here at home.It was almost invisible, but my clarity for sight was simply great. The earpieces of the attached glasses were incredibly comfortable and the nose piece was adjustable for the correct fit. The shield did not shift, nor did it fall off. I was wary before I purchased it from Amazon because I didn't think the masks I owned were enough protection .It was almost an afterthought in the first hour of using it. I moved about the airport here and in Seattle with ease. On the plane I felt comfortable and protected.The cost is nominal too! One order comes with 5 shields/glasses.Think about safely living your life - Kudos to the local maker of these. Great product!
