Love this. Easy to set up. Has customized, scheduling, grouping, naming. Turns on snow melting mats for 2 hours in morning or before I get to the cottage. Controls Christmas lights, fans, Appliances, etc. Each plug is controlled separately. For energy conscious, shows energy use in kwh for both plugs combined for day, week or month. I used microwave for 12 kwh/ month or space heater, chargers and lamp used 64kwh/ month. Works with Aleza.

I would give 5 stars except the first one I received stopped working after 8 days. Fortunately, I just returned it on Amazon and purchased a replacement. The new one has been working well since I got it.The plug is easy to set up. I connected it to my wifi network inside the house then moved it outside to its working location. I especially like that you can set separate automation rules for each of the two plugs on the device, allowing you to independently control two different things with only one wyze plug. I have Feit outdoor smart plugs and the rules apply to both items plugged in (which is fine because I use them for Christmas lights which don't need to be controlled independently). Back to he wyze plug... You can set persistent on and off rules, even scheduling them to take effect on different days. Or you can just turn the plug on and have it go off after a selected time duration (or turn it off and have it come on after a specific time has elapsed). You can also deactivate rules without deleting them so you can come back later and easily activate them again. The only downside is the the plug on the device is not a 90° plug which makes it a bit awkward to plug in under some in-ise outdoor outlet covers.Overall, if you're looking to add some automation to outdoor devices, this Wyze plug is a great option.

I really like the Wyze family line. I don't have the cameras, but I have the smart bulbs and this outdoor outlet. I enjoy how easy it is to use and control everything on one app. I have a timer for my backyard lights that this is plugged into and I never have to think about it, really. The wifi router is all the way on the other side of the house and this outlets gets great signal. During Christmas, I use the second plug on this outlet to automate my lights. Awesome!

I have several other Wyze plugs for indoor use and have been very pleased with their quality and operation. I needed an outdoor version to control our party light on the patio. This unit has two plugs, independently addressable, to control 2 strings of lights. Set up was easy, if you remember to keep your smartphone on the router's 2.4 GHz signal. They can be controlled via the higher WiFi frequency on our Mesh Network once configured on a 2.4 GHz-only feed (The only down-side of using this unit). I like how they integrate with the Wyze Watch and app, and how easy it was to set up a 'shortcut' button to turn both plugs on and off with a single selection. This unit is well worth the price.

This plug is great. I have two lights thru an extension cord and one candle melter hooked up to it. The app is easy to use. Huge fan of Wyze products. They've never let me down. This is a win!

Works very well to schedule a time for outdoor lights to turn on and off, or you can use the sunrise to sunset or times in-between. This switch is so easy to use and to change settings from your mobile device, from anywhere. Five stars.

Product good enough that I have bought 5 (4 of 5 worked great)Pros: Excellent App, easy set up, overall good quality/doesn't look or feel cheapCon:1) one of the 5 I have purchased frequently is unable to connect/reconnect to wifi and needs to be quite a bit closer than the others to join with the network and has required a reset on 2 occasions to be able to connect at all - would have given 5 stars if this one worked as well as the other 42) the flap that covers plugs could be attached a little stronger, they have fallen out of a couple of sockets and been lost.
