Put these in a 2006 Tacoma with 72k miles. Some say the Iridiums are good to 90k, but gas mileage and performance were dipping. Put these in and they fired right up and seemed to help perfomance a bit. Tacoma's don't get the greatest gas mileage and these may have picked it up 1or 2 mpg. Will have to run a few more tankfulls to see. If you are not sure you need to replace your plugs, you can order these to have on hand when you do. Check them carefully as they were loosely packed. I suggested to Amazon to pack them in peanuts rather than those air pillows. They were fine, but I would have liked them not to bounce around.

I had installed these plugs and they worked fine for a month. After that It started misfiring and having a very, very rough idle. I'm not going to go into detail but I did everything I could to try and fix this misfire changing injectors, coilpack, checking fuel pressure, checking compression, changing various sensors, etc.. I can go on. The problem ended up being these damn plugs. DO NOT BUY PLATINUM OR IRIDIUM PLUGS FOR YOUR 4.0L INLINE 6. ONLY BUY COPPER BASED PLUGS! PREFEREBLY NGK OR CHAMPION. Do not take the risk with these plugs. Simply google Jeep 4.0L Bosch Platinum Plugs Misfire. You will find dozens of posts of people with the same problem and claiming the same as I just said. Do not buy these, it is not worth it. They might work for some, but it seems like there is a very good chance they wont.

The product was not packaged properly with protection (FRAGILE) it came with the product packaging open and crumpled because it could not withstand the transport... Terrible, even more so when it comes to a fragile product like a spark plug

Had to replace the plugs in my Jeep. Bosch has the rep of lasting 70-80 thousand miles.... and in some applications more.

It’s an excellent part. But it’s a real pain in the neck, taking off the air and take. Watch some YouTube videos, and have a friend with you
