Don’t buy this item from this seller. Face cream is expired and wrong consistency. Seems like it has been watered down with alcohol or something and burns when applied. Returned first jar because it seemed off, and received a replacement that is completely different consistency compared to same exact cream ordered directly from brand. Order direct from the brand website or buy from Neiman Marcus instead. Waste of money.

My absolute favourite cream, however I wish it wasn't quite so expensive! It is a great cream though. Wonderfully scented and isn't greasy!

This 60ml jar of ‘cell revitalise’ day moisturiser arrived in a nice branded cardboard presentation box and is contained within a glass jar. There wasn’t any kind of tamper seal on the jar or box but it appears that the jar hadn’t been opened previously. The moisturiser has a buttery creamy consistency which is easy to apply, absorbs quickly and has a beautiful luxurious fragrance. The moisturiser is designed for dry skin which is reflected in the high-quality ingredient list. The cream includes a unique probiotic, peptide and bifida formula called ‘protida’ which plumps by boosting natural hyaluronic acid levels and repairs and reduces inflammation by soothing the skin. It also uses vitamin E as an antioxidant to fight free radicals which cause premature skin ageing, shea butter to deeply hydrate and improve skin elasticity and argon oil which is rich in Omega 6, vitamin E and linoleic acid to protect the skin. It also includes extracts from both plants and flowers from sustainable sources to not only add the lovely jasmine and mandarin scent, but also help protect and restore the skin. The moisturiser is exceptionally hydrating and left my skin feeling very nourished. It has a lightweight texture, absorbs very quickly and uses natural clean ingredients that have been scientifically backed. It is free of parabens and it is cruelty free but looking at the ingredients it does use milk extract so won’t be suitable for vegans. You don’t need a lot to cover your face so this jar should last a good amount of time if you use it for your face and neck as I am. It doesn’t leave a greasy / oily finish and it hasn’t caused any adverse reactions by using it. I feel like this is a very well thought through moisturiser and I love both the subtle scent and lightweight, silky texture. Priced at £62 at the time of reviewing, this moisturiser by a UK based company is a bit of an investment and it appears that the 30ml container is actually better value at £23.80, but as a moisturiser the ingredients are good quality and it left my skin feeling both soft and silky so I would definitely recommend!

At the time of writing, buying 2x30ml jars is under £47 whereas the 60ml jar is £62, so you would be better to buy 2 of the smaller jars. The cream is thick with a silky, oily touch to it which allows easy application and fast absorption, but not so fast that you can’t apply it evenly. It becomes touch dry as you work it in. You do need to be careful not to over apply and I found a few finger-tip dabs around the face was enough. The skin after application has a slight sheen to it, but this is short lived and doesn’t interfere with any make up applications following it. The scent is quite subtle, which is my preference with face creams. I can’t really describe it, but I would say something with a hint of sweet citrus, but it doesn’t really linger for it to be an issue if it was unpleasant to you. I have been using it for 10 days and had no adverse skin reactions, redness or swelling from use. My skin feels much the same as with any of my other face creams in that it is hydrated, soft and feeling healthy. Given that there is no significant improvement over my usual much cheaper products, it is difficult to say if the eye watering price tag of £62 (current price) is really worth the investment. I am not saying that the product is not worth the price, just that cheaper alternatives can be found. I have certainly not been disappointed by it, but I am not sure I can justify spending that much on another jar. One thing I commend the manufacturers on is the use of a small and easily recyclable glass jar rather than the overly plastic jars used by others to give the illusion that you are getting more. I wish more manufacturers would do the same.

I have been using the Aurelia London Cell Revitalise Day Moisturiser for several weeks now, and I must say I am impressed with its performance. As someone with dry and sensitive skin, finding a suitable day cream that effectively hydrates without causing irritation has been a challenge. This moisturizer, however, has managed to strike the right balance. Pros: Hydration: The Cell Revitalise Day Moisturiser provides excellent hydration for my dry skin. It leaves my skin feeling nourished and supple throughout the day, even in colder and drier weather conditions. Natural Ingredients: I appreciate that this moisturizer is made from natural ingredients, which is important to me as I prefer products without harsh chemicals or artificial additives. Probiotic Formula: The inclusion of probiotics in the formula is a unique and intriguing aspect. I believe it contributes to the overall health of my skin and supports its natural renewal process. Non-Greasy: Unlike some other moisturizers, this one has a lightweight texture and does not leave a greasy residue on my skin, making it comfortable to wear under makeup. Sensitive Skin-Friendly: As someone with sensitive skin, I have not experienced any adverse reactions or irritation from using this product, which is a significant plus. Cons: Scent: While the moisturizer does have a pleasant scent, it might be slightly strong for some individuals with heightened sensitivity to fragrance. A milder fragrance option would be appreciated. Price: The price point is higher compared to some other day creams on the market. While the quality justifies the cost, it may not be within everyone's budget. In conclusion, the Aurelia London Cell Revitalise Day Moisturiser has proven to be an effective and hydrating day cream for my dry and sensitive skin. Its natural ingredients and probiotic formula add to its appeal, and the non-greasy texture is a welcome feature. While the scent might be a bit strong for some, the overall benefits make it worth considering. Although it comes with a higher price tag, I believe the quality justifies the investment for those seeking a reliable and natural skincare solution. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a nourishing and gentle day cream for dry and sensitive skin.
