NOW Foods Pantothenic Acid 500mg, 100 Capsules (Pack of 2)

I am extremely happy with this product.I had to switch up birth controls due to migraines with aura and needed to switch to an IUD in 2019. Immediately after my face started breaking out with terrible cystic acne on my forehead and cheeks which I have never experienced. I’m 32 by the way. They were scaring and hurt so bad. I tried everything under the sun to try and gain control over it but nothing worked. I was at a loss. I came across a YouTube video suggesting this and I was very skeptical but bought them anyway. At first I took 4 pills a day to just get it in my system and it actually started working. Within a month my acne was gone. After a month I started taking less and to find the right balance. Now I take two of these at night with two biotins vitamins. If I have a break out I simply take. 3 or 4 until it goes away. My nails are incredibly strong so I stopped getting acrylics which I’ve always been loyal to my nails. I still have a skin routine but it’s completely worth it. I use a African black soap bar for my face, Garnier skin active micellar cleansing water in blue, coconut oil, Tru skin vitamin c serum and Centaphil moisturizer. Every few days I do a face mask as well. This routine has worked for me and I couldn’t be happier! Honestly if you have acne please buy this product. It has changed my life and I hope that it does for you as well!

This has been a life saver !! I was very skeptical at first bc i had tried everything for my acne! Within the first week I saw how my cystic acne on my cheek was less painful and the redness was slowly going away. I will definitely keep using it till my acne clears up. Now I will say I did change up my facial routine. I started using Differin the 2nd week of taking the B5 vitamins and know I will go through a purge for a few days/weeks but I haven’t noticed too many breakouts so hopefully thats due to the B5 I’m taking (I take 4 every meal, so in total 12 per day) I also do a tumeric/honey mask for about 30 min 3x week. Since I never had any luck with treatments I was pretty much giving up, but when I heard all these positive reviews about these vitamins on youtube I decided to test my luck and wanted to document my progress. I have seen a huge improvement, I will update in a couple of weeks with more “after photos” For anyone still suffering with acne, plz give this a shot and be patient it doesnt magically work overnight.

I take only one a day now, I started off taking more a day. My forehead and cheeks use to have so much acne. I been to so many doctors (no help)and tried all those strong expensive acne cleaners online. They worked for minute but definitely hard to keep up with when you living on a budget. Finally I did my research and found out my body was lacking this pantothenic acid B complex vitamin and an oil free moisturizer withsunscreen, a sensitive skin acne wash (drugstore brand) and a good on the spot acne cream. Any store brand will do. This vitamins takes care of the insides and your skin will glow. I started with twice a day now its once a day and sometimes I skip a day with no problem. Be patient and you will see results in no time. Good luck!

I bought this product for my daughter's acne. It was becoming heavy throughout her whole face especially the forehead. We started taking this product and within 2 weeks not only was it helping...her skin was clear! We started this a year ago and still use this product today. She has clear skin the majority of the time(we just up the dose a week before a presumed breakout ) if she stops taking it for a bit her acne comes back. She will not have any scars from acne because of this product alone!!! I am still amazed that this actually worked!

These are amazing vitamins! it’s a must have if you have ever suffered with acne of any sort. I’ve used in the past and loved the results i had a clear face in 3 weeks i bought it again and was not disappointed! it also helps my mind clarity and focus I have more energy when I take these as well. Very easy to swallow and they don’t taste like anything. Very good value for the money spent.

Last year I took these religiously morning and night (between 10-12 at a time) and within a month or so my face calmed down and even my cystic acne was gone. I stopped taking it after 2 months and only have had small breakouts here and there. But if I ever get cysts again these are my go to. Definitely recommend, I’m currently buying another one to have just in case.The “before” picture was at my worst over the winter and my “after” was about a month after taking these (end of summer).

I don't know what it is with these B-5 supplements but every time I take them I get an unbearable headache. I have been taking B-5 for years to combat acne and never had a reaction like this. They seem to work but the headache is depressing. I stopped taking them and went with another manufacturer.
