Missing parts
I received my order on time however the two mounting brackets and rods where missing also the screws are too short, I have managed without these however as there were part of the kit I'm was disappointed to not receive the entire kit. I feel like I've paid for something that wasn't worth it, as I paid for the entire kit and didn't receive it

Not as powerful as described
Fitted these to my Spider and found they weren't powerful enough to lock or unlock the door. Bench tested the actuators and found they pull approx 5lbs. In addition heads don't seem to be rotatable or removable. Sent back to Amazon for a refund.
