DAYUAN 3L Hand Brake Fluid Bleeder Bleeding One Man Tool Kit

Perfect brake fluid bleeder. Used on my Audi A3 w BMW X4. Worked perfectly. Very good build quality. Be careful when tightening not to round off on the brake fluid reservoir. This tool makes doing a brake fluid change by yourself very very simple.

Just tested and so far so good, all worked as it should, when bleeding your brakes with this keep the pressure between 25-30psi don't go any higher as you don't want to damage your seals in your master cylinder. Seems well made and priced very well comparing to other more known brands. this allows you to bleed your brakes on your own without the risk of fluid in your master cylinder getting low while performing the task and without having to pump the pedal requiring an assistant, will update once its been used for longer as to report on the longevity, but so far no leaks.

Seems reasonably solidly built but when I tried to pressurise it the first time brake fluid started spraying out between the black reservoir cap and the quick release fitting that's screwed into it. Given I needed to get my car sorted quickly I unscrewed the fitting and it turned out that it was parallel threaded and the thread sealant hadn't been applied all the way round so it was leaking up the thread. Luckily I had a similar fitting (standard euro quick release) but in a 1/4 taper thread and some PTFE tape and on putting that together the brake bleeder itself all worked well. Probably could've also fixed the issue by putting epoxy or something all over the thread on the original fitting before refitting it for a proper seal. Short version, not a bad bit of kit but quality control might be a bit variable as is often the case with cheap equipment.

Brilliant kit. Used it to bleed my clutch after master cylinder replacement. Makes it easy to bleed brake or clutch system with just 1 person. I actually prefer it to someone pumping the pedal as it applies constant even pressure. I used it on VW Touran

I was sceptical given the price, but the reviews for the branded version were not great so I thought I’d give it a go. The quality felt good. Everything fitted tightly. I checked it held pressure and was sealed before adding brake fluid. All good. The collection bottle and tube fitted snugly and the whole process was simple. My Caterham now has fresh brake fluid and firm pedal with no mess. Very impressed and much easier than my old eazibleed, which needed a wheel nearby for pressure- not always easy in a tight garage. Just don’t bother with the instructions that come with it. They are not great.

First time I tried to use it it started leaking brake oil from where the metal part connects to the cap. Lost about 500ml of fluid, and had to sepend so much time to clean up the mess. Might have been a defect on the unit that I got.

Work perfect and makes bleeding brakes far easier

Bought for bleeding brakes on a BMW 520d f11. Main unit great, maintained pressure well through all 4 sides, no leak's. Reservoir lid was great, 045mm, ideal for the BMW as was the metal hose attachment to the lid, really nice, well made. Waste bottle was rubbish, leaked at the lid, via the tube which is pushed onto a bayonet mount on top of the lid. Hold in one position it's fine, move it slightly and it leaks. Might as well have just collected the old fluid from the drip pan. Breather hole wasn't properly through the lid, had to stick a pin through to open it up. The cup to fit on the nipple was the only good thing about it, very secure and clean, no leaks. Great piece of kit ruined by the waste bottle. Can't recommend, made a mess, and the whole idea of this set up is cleanliness. Will bastardise, and make good, but you're not paying for only half the kit to work. If you are replacing an old kit, and you have a decent collection bottle, the main kit is well worth it. But as a whole..I would try elsewhere.

After unpacking it works flawlessly, it doesn't leak any air. I had one from another manufacturer that was twice as expensive, but it leaked air on all joints. All recommendations for this product.
