Uno dei libri preferiti del mio bimbo di 2 anni, le illustrazioni di Neiko Ng sono adorabili, il cartone è super resistente, praticamente dopo ore e ore di "lettura" è ancora perfetto come fosse appena arrivato! Temevo che il lato destro con le lunette si sarebbe rovinato presto, e invece mi sono dovuta ricredere. Super consigliato a chi come noi ha un bambino (ma perché no anche una bambina!) che ama macchinine, camion, motorini e qualsiasi cosa abbia le ruote :)

I've been meaning to review these books for a while as there's so much more to them than meets the eye! I initially purchased for my one year old and, even as a toddler then preschooler, my son still enjoys these. At first, my son would simply tell me the names of some of the "things that go" as it was a bit tricky for him to find the matching one in the busy scene - it was great for his vocabulary. But as he grew, he was able to find the cars and other things that match (but weren't exactly the same) - if you look closely, you will see there might be several of the same thing on the page but only one is identical to the one you're looking for. As he got older, I'd challenge him to find the item that was facing a certain way or in a certain pose and exactly matched the picture. A small point but an example of how the book can last longer than you think and grow with your child! As he got older, he was able to answer the questions that are printed at the top too that add another layer. And even just recently, after owning the books for a few years, I discovered that there's a hidden character on every page! This detail is printed on the back of the book and invites the child to find the character and identify what they're doing that could get you into trouble. It's truly the book that keeps on giving :-)
