Do you make one for 14 awg wire

Is there a recommended tool for clamping the connector onto the wire?

It is suggested that you use the pliers to secure the connection.

Do these work well with 22-18 ?

Fits well for 20, 22 and 24 AWG stranded and solid core electrical wires. As for 18 gauge wire, not all 18 AWG wires have the same diameter in the market. You may or may not be able to use these connectors with 18 AWG wire.

How good is this against water gonna add it by hitch receiver so it'll be near water?

I don't think the connector itself would do much to stop water. If you put some dielectric grease in it, and heat shrink wrap it, then I think you'd be alright. This is definitely not designed to stop any water out of the box.
