Good Network Solution for homes
Pro: A plug, play and forget it solution for a home network and extremely good value for money. Very sturdy build quality. Cons: QoS setup is a bit cryptic for anyone who is not a network expert and can result in creating a bottle neck for devices hungry for more bandwidth if you are not careful. Don’t count on it to be part of your home decore.

If you have to pick one 8 port un-managed Gigabit switch...
..then you should pick this one. I did all the research for an 8 port switch. D-link, Netgear, TP-link, Linksys are all pretty much similar or comparable build, quality and performance so any of these will fit the job for you nicely. (I suspect they are all the same internally). I chose this one as it seemed to have slightly more features and it was on sale with the best deal. It performs as expected with no issues.

I receive it Seal opened and non functional unit then return.

Ein tolles, zuverlässiges Teil. Seid dem ich den Switch im Einsatz habe, läuft alles wie geschmiert. Von meiner Seite eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

Con este aparato he configurado una red doméstica de 1Gb. Tenía problemas con mi router antiguo, 100Mb, de tan solo 4 entradas que tuve que complementar con un pequeño hub en el PLC. No percibo ni calor, ni ruidos del aparato. Además no lleva transformador externo, a pesar de ser pequeño en tamaño. Un plug and play estupendo. Por ponerle una pega, los led estarían mejor en las bocas de las tomas de red, porque donde están se tapan con los cables. Deberías tener un montaje en rack para verlos bien, están juntos y son chicos, se lee mal cuál corresponde a cada entrada

the product came with the European plug. I want to return but the company wont accept it. I would exchange if there was some way to do it.
