Will this get rid of the the red dots on upper arms or just the bumps?

Those spots and bumps are caused by blocked hair follicles. It’s called keratosis pilaris. The ammonium lactate is a treatment for the condition and should help but there are other treatments for the condition like urea if moisturizers don’t help. It should help though. I tried this because my sister had it and it I saw a difference almost right away!
