Really great Rig and powerful system, Well made! Love the Trace 4
Runs quiet and smooth. the case is absolutly strong and really well built. Love the fans, Clean with plenty of room add certain items. I love the glass and design. I use it for Streaming Red Dead Online and GTA 5. Both can be run on High to ultra settings with the upgrades I mention below For streaming I tone the graphics down for the qaulity of the stream but it runs seemlessly without effort. It came with 8 gigs of ram Which I upgraded with Patriot Viper Elite Ram 16 gig dual channel 2666 Mhz Also threw in a older Radion GtX530 4 gig card that replaced the 2 gig MSI that came with it and WOW The 500 w power supply delivers. Love the Motherboard as well Good Job IBUYPOWER!!! Thank you!! Fast Wireless

Doesnt even work.
The computer seemed fine, a bit slow for the first 30 minutes. After I left and came back to it, it wouldn't run Windows or anything. It brought me to the BIO screen and wouldn't let me out for three days. Nothing would start, I tried different things I seen online to fix it but nothing worked. Don't buy it, I've returned it a week ago and still haven't received my money back or gotten any knowledge of if it got back to the seller at all. All I can say is it seems to be just fine for beginner pc users but it's a waste of time and money. Not to mention they only refunded me $45 and took $698 for a “restocking fee”. DO NOT BUY.

nice pc for not heavy graphic games
i love how it goes but the only thing that isnt good for is at heavy graphic games and streaming at the same time but overall it looks good and it runs fortnite at low to medium graphics, league of legends at high, apex legends at medium or low, rainbow six seige at medium medium and overwatch at low but either way it can still be upgraded and also the rams too. If you like to play fortnite, apex or other high graphics games ill recommend you to upgrade your graphics card and if you wanna upgrade your ram is also an option for you to do.

Great Starting Point
So I bought this PC as a project and starting point, something I could upgrade over time at my own pace. The first thing I replaced was the ram. I got a 32gb (16gb x 2) kit of crucial ballistix 3200mhz link - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083TSLDF2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 . The next thing I upgraded was installing a m.2 nvme drive. I ordered a Samsung (MZ-V8V1T0B/AM) 980 SSD 1TB link - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08V83JZH4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. The next thing I'll be upgrading is the cooling, the fans are not the greatest and I got 1 that is making more noise than the others. I thought about just upgrading fans only but I think Im gonna go with an AIO first cause the cpu cooler is garbage and it did thermal throttle alot while benchmarking. This is the only real criticism I have. Why not just use the stock cooler? For me it works as I expected and the performance was what I expected (minus some thermal throttling). The wifi on it max's out my router speed and doesnt dc at all, bluetooth works nicely. I added more storage in the form of a 4TB 5200rpm drive to add video and music library link - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D9C7SQH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 . The hard drive can be mounted in the power supply basement. Overall Im real happy with it, just wish i could find a graphics card upgrade. But like I said that CPU cooler is garbage.

Looks can be deceiving!
Setup was very easy. But this computer will not play a lot of the games due to the graphics card. The drivers can’t be updated to the minimum requirements to play Call of Duty. This means I will now have to buy a better graphics card..

Great for starters! Easy to customize
I bought this computer because I’m steadily getting more into gaming. I figured this would be a good starter to improve if needs be. It did not disappoint. I’ve been playing non stop since I got it. It’s works flawlessly with room for more! Def worth the money!

Good price for good hardware
Not too expensive that you're afraid you can't pay rent next month if you buy it, but it's very solid and worthwhile. Two complaints: The keyboard it came with felt sort of jammed up, and it was very awkward to try and activate Windows 10, but other than that i have no complaints!

Buy something else unless you enjoy aggravation of defective products.
UPDATE: Not only do you have to wait for approval to return this turd, you also will likely be looking at $50'ish dollars out of pocket to ship it back to them, as return shipping isn't included. Oh, let's not forget that they now say "up to 20% restocking fee" possible. Maybe I'll just dispute it with the card company and be done with it... I don't waste time with reviews, but will for this thing. Aside from the fact you immediately have to do upgrades to do any "gaming" on what is sold as a "gaming PC", it seems to crash more than a drunken Stevie Wonder behind the wheel of a 1000 horsepower car. Boot up and start attempting downloads and you're greeted with random shut downs. Go through the process of making sure everything is seated properly, double check those RAM sticks you had to buy and install cause it didn't come with enough, and boot back up. Resume your previously interrupted downloads for a single game, just to have it shut down again, and again, and again.... Out of aggravation, you walk away from it to take a few minutes to ponder on which high rise to throw it from, then go back and give it one more try. Great, now the graphics card seems to be dead, fan on it stops spinning a few seconds in to boot, and no display output. Now there is a machine you can't go back and log out of accounts on before sending back to deceitful manufacturer. Stay away, unless you just feel guilty for something else in your life and deserve the punishment.
