I've been using tooth whitening gel bleach from my dentist's office with no problem. Then I started using this whitening gel with my same dental trays. Within a minute I felt my gums starting to sting. Within 5 minutes I removed the trays and rinsed my mouth. Sure enough some of my gums burned and turned white! So I waìted a few days to let my mouth heal (thinking my gums would return to normal). But days later, two gums have receded. My bottom left burned and receded the most. This is dangerous stuff! My dentist's solution (Benco Dental Pro-Sys) is 14% HP (hydrogen peroxide) and this Chinese gel is only 12% HP. So the additional additives in this Chinese gel might be the reason for the burning. I don't know but beware!

I do NOT have any oral sensitivities or never did until I placed my trays in my mouth. It resulted in chemical burns along my entire gum line. It has taken many days to resolve so don’t buy this! This product is dangerous.I’m unable to give it O stars.

I have tried 3 other teeth whitening gels and this one is more effective then most. It is priced well and I recommend it. I feel confident in its effectiveness.

Definitely not my favorite whitening gel, but ok

I don’t have a sensitive mouth. I had professional trays made years ago and I’ve use the Phillips 14% gel for years. As soon as I put my trays in with this product, I had to pull them out within a minute. The burning sensation was unbearable! I started drinking ice, cold water, and it took a good 10 minutes for the ceiling to go away

This product burned my gums in the first three minutes! They were stinging and turned a ghastly white. That went away but still hoping my gums can recover!
