When u put it in the mouth u can’t close ur mouth.its very uncomfortable.

Not a good product… u get blisters in ur mouth even if u wear them for 3-4 hours

These mouthguards are way too big/thick. Can't use it unfortunately.

My nighttime grinding has made me a loyal fan of this brand, mainly because I don’t trust myself to get the expensive one from the dentist. What if I lose it? But if I lose these, I can just get another one. I will say the ones from the dentist are definitely a better long-term investment than having to repurchase these. But as somebody with ADHD who frequently loses and misplaces things, these are my go-to for now. I’ll revisit my questionable financial choices once I have a better handle on that. But honestly, I really like these. They help with my teeth grinding, they’re easy to mold, just use some hot water, and they’ve improved my sleep quality. I wake up without a migraine now. So until further notice, these are my standby mouthguards.

Very easy to cut, and mold to teeth. 5 will last me close to 8 months. These have been a life saver for me at night as I am a teeth grinder and kept biting my tongue and lips in the middle of the night.

Does the job. Just follow the molding process precisely.

Thought these were going to be good but unfortunately they were not very good fitting etc, just fall off the teeth after moulding and not the most comfortable. Worth a shot at a tenner but not working for me 😔
