Lately my stamina has been very low. I'm 75 and a Hemorrhagic sytroke survivor. Lately I've been having trouble staying awake. I've also been having night leg cramps. My daughter suggested trying this stuff. I started taking the tablets about a week ago and I already see a big difference. I have much more energy, I'm walking faster and farther. Haven't had any leg cramps in days and the other day I woke up at 6am and went to bed at 2am after watching a movie on TV. I actually stayed awake for 20 hours straight. Haven't done that in years. Excelente producto de hidratación tomo una pastilla antes de empezar mi entrenamiento de 21 kilómetros cabe señalar que vivo en una zona de mucho calor y humedad desde muy temprano ente 25 y 27 C° por la madrugada y 96 % de humedad igual soy una persona que suda mucho. Tomo cuatro pastillas durante el entrenamiento casa 6. 5 Kilómetros hasta terminado mi entrenamiento, durante el entrenamiento tomo al rededor de 1.5 a 2 litros de agua.
