I love this product, it is my second bottle and has saved me from having chemo. I have MDS (a form of leukemia). Last year I had to have 5 blood transfusions as my red blood cells don't build fast enough. My doctor increased my dosage of medication (a shot I take once a week) & wanted to start chemo in January. I was totally against the chemo so started taking this on the advice of my daughter who loves DoTerra products. I take one each night at bedtime. When I went to see my doctor last month she was amazed that my red blood count number had gone up & asked me what I was doing. After my visit last week, my numbers were still stable & she feels that this is what has helped me. She was amazed I haven't had to have a blood transfusion since December 30th. After having to get checked weekly or every couple of weeks, I'm thrilled to not have to go back for a check up for 2 months.
