This is my first jar of this so I wanted to wait to review it until I gave it a fair shake. I want to preface this by saying I do not have a diagnosis, as I can't afford a dermatologist. I have very dry AND oily skin on my face, especially around my nose and mouth, as well as sores and flakiness. This is an issue that a multitude of OTC products haven't been able to curb over the last decade+ The E45 cream did make my skin worse for about 2 weeks, but then it started calming down and now I'm about 7 weeks in and my skin looks better than it ever has! I'm so excited! The sores haven't shown up in about 3 weeks, and there are no flakes and no itchiness! I'm absolutely blown away and I really hope my skin continues looking this great as I continue to use this product! I'm using a regimen of E45 cream 2-3x daily and "eb5" facial wash once daily. I've been using the eb5 for a while and I never got results this good until I added E45 to my routine. I read other reviews saying the jars aren't filled enough, and I had the same thought upon opening it. I have found that I only need to use a small amount for each application, so the jar is proving to last a while for me. If I needed to apply it on more than just my face, then I could see this being an issue. I purchased this on January 10, I've been using it 2-3x daily, and as of March 4 I still have more than half of what I received. I also want to mention the scent, as in there really isn't any! It kind of has a generic lotion smell, but it's not strong by any means. Strong or perfumey scents trigger migraines for me, so I'm super grateful that this doesn't have a scent. The cream actually feels pretty good on my face, too. It feels moisturizing and it felt kind of cool and soothing back when I was still dealing with sores and itchiness. It does leave a greasy feel on my fingers, though, which is easily remedied with soap and water :) If you're struggling with skin issues and you have the funds, then I highly recommend trying this out. It did seem a bit pricey to me, but it honestly has been proving to be invaluable.

E45 is the best moisturizer cream I’ve ever used. if you suffer with dermatitis, I highly recommend this product.

Works well without all the smell. Used on skin graph didn't want any smelly perfumes just moisturizer and this does the trick.

The best for moisture and after burn healing

I bought this cream as my friend recommended it for dry skin . I have lower leg venous insufficiency and have had wounds previously so got this to help keep them hydrated but so far have been disappointed with results . I was using Aquaphor before and probably it suits me better. It is less money and if you are looking for basic moisture it would probably work for you.

I developed a propylene glycol allergy from all the dry skin products i used. So hard to find a cram or product w out it. This cream is thick and goes on so well. It got rid of all hives and dry skin over a period

Seems to be helping this far. I use it for eczema and it definitely keeps the skin from getting dry and ultimately cracking
