Lots of baby baths with terrible reviews. After weeks of research I settled on this one but didnt have high hopes as some people had legitimate issues with it, it seemed. But ive been pleasantly surprised & am loving it.It fills up enough underneath the mesh that my newborn’s back & bum are touching the warm water. I make sure to get the mesh that stays OUT of the water nice & warm before putting her in, could also put warm wet washcloth on the mesh to make it warm as well. She is nice and secure w the way the mesh seat is designed, she never slips down. The recline is appropriate, her head does not fall too forward & make her scrunched up. She looks very comfortable. I make sure to wash the whole thing after a couple baths so that nothing molds, including the mesh which I remove from the tub and wash. I LOVE that it has a hook for hanging out of the way. If im really looking for something to complain about, its that the mechanism for locking the bottom of the mesh is VERY hard to unlock & remove the mesh for cleaning. However, this makes me know its very secure! And honestly it can probably be cleaned well enough without removing it. I can see how this tub will last me a long time, until baby is much bigger & sitting on her own even.

Very sturdy and great quality. I bought for my newborn baby since 2022 I'm still using it. And this works perfect. I wanted to leave a review that after 3 years this product still works great for us.

I have a bigger tub where I bathe my toddler and I purchased the infant insert to go with that tub. The insert was very uncomfortable to bathe my newborn in because it was unstable, so I did some research and decided to buy the Skip Hop infant bath tub. I used it for the first time tonight and it was a total game changer. You’re able to fill up the bottom part with water so that your baby feels the warm water under their back while you bathe them making it a more pleasant experience. It was a bit bigger than I expected, but don’t be alarmed by the big Amazon box. It didn’t come with a hanger to hang it somewhere in the bathroom, so be prepared to figure out where to store it since it’s not compact. Overall, I highly recommend it for infants.

This is our second time purchasing this tub. First was for my son’s baby. He was attempting to bathe a 2 week old in their stainless sink (the baby HATED when her skin touched the cold sink) and then in the adult tub (she instantly became a slippery fish and he had trouble hanging onto her). This tub has a lovely mesh sling that holds the baby so you can use two hands to wash her up! The sling has 3 size adjustments, one for tiny babies, one for when the baby grows (the sling drops deeper into the tub) or the sling can be completely removed for larger kids who can sit up on their own. It has a drain plug on the bottom which makes emptying a breeze. It also has a hook from which it can be hung in the shower to drip dry. We bought the second tub to keep at our house for when grand babies visit! It is currently hanging in the spare bedroom closet awaiting the next visit.

2nd kid and I had to purchase this same tub again. I love the net on the inside and how it keeps the newborn nice and comfy during bath. Newborns are so fragile and I've always been afraid the first few times giving them a bath but this works so great. I love that the net comes off to wash because it can get pretty stinky if you don't. It's a little hard to pop the net off but I guess that's good because it stays secure when you have a baby in there. Love that it grows with your baby and can be used in 3 different ways until they grow out of it and straight into bathtub! It's all you ever need when giving babies a bath.

Great bath it’s my second one

I absolutely love the durability, the cushion it comes with for baby and the very easy instructions on how to modify it with baby's growth. Its a large tub where you can avoid having baby in actual bathroom tub altogether. However, I am having a hard time deciding where to hang this thing... its quite large and so it takes up wall space in bathroom tub wall, which can be tideous if you already have a shower organizer in place. Has anyone found an alternative or a hook that's ideal for hanging the baby's tub? Other than that it truly is an upgraded baby tub from other Skip Hop products (and even other brand tubs out there.) I'd gift this one in a heart beat. Well worth it.

We had a baby bath we used previously that seemed like baby was always slouching and sliding into the water. We replaced with this bath and I couldn't be happier.Baby does not slip down thanks to this design baby stays right where he's supposed to. It seems comfortable and the water level is at a good height.I was very happy with this bath, and have used it for newborn and assisted sitting so far. It has been great!I Love that this has a hook to hang it on the shower rod and get it out of the way! This was such a smart idea!
