I love this bread. I ordered three, left one out, put two in the freezer.Saves on shipping cost.The flavor of this bread is excellent, it is moist and holds up in the toaster.

Guess I wasn't looking hard enough, but many Katz products have recently become a staple for me.. Tried gluten free pizza dough from another vendor and the oil they used gave me a reaction. It can be very discouraging. Katz are a bit on the pricey side, but what other options are there for people w/ food allergies? I get no reactions to their products and it's very satisfying to have a reliable bread on my menu again.Minus one star for the packaging on every thing in the world since I became a senior citizen w/ arthritis. Wth?? Why is it so hard to get into everything for old people now? Gluten tolerant people will have long moved on if they try to break into this fort knox. More bread for me if I can can bribe some child to open it for me.

Not worth the $17.28 I was charged for this terrible bread!!!!I was charged $7.29 for the very small awful loaf of bread and $9.99 for the shipping!!!!The shipping cost more than the bread!The bread was supposed to arrive frozen!!!It did NOT arrive frozen!It is nothing like the REAL challah bread I loved before finding out I was allergic to gluten!!!I thought to try the bread?I had not seen it in any market that sells gluten free bread?Now I know why!It’s horrible!It is more like an old used hard sponge than a nice slice of bread!!!No wonder no markets in my area sell it!!!It was not clear as advertised that I would be be charged more for the shipping than the cost of the bread!Also the bread is advertised as delicious it it NOT!!!It is full of holes!!!!Thick and with a terrible texture and taste!!!I wanted to return it but did not realize when I bought it that you can’t return it!!

Gluten free bread is hard to come by that actually tastes good, I was not happy with the texture of this one at all nor the flavor

This bread tastes great. Sodium lower than done other brands. Just leave in freezer and take out slices night before.

Sooooooooo I have to buy enough to get free shipping , but I have a freezer ...My daughter can only use gluten free , and I even think it tastes great and has a great texture ...If you're the only one eating it , you might want to keep it in the freezer , and thaw it out as you eat it ...Stuff spreads on it well too ... Moist , $7 a loaf !!! But worth it when you buy enough to get the free shipping ...
