Love that it's eco friendly, but doesn't clean well
This cleaner isn't for difficult clean up jobs, it's very much just for daily use. I used a lot effort on some stuck on things and still couldn't get them off without using a different cleaner. It does smell nice though and I like that it's eco friendly.

Good all-purpose cleaner
This works well as an everyday cleaner. I use it in the kitchen to wipe down countertops, stove top, and clean up spills, etc. It cleaned mostly streakfree, although I did have to go over a few sticky spots a couple of times on the stove. The cleaner has a has a light, pleasant scent but doesn't linger. I like that this comes with refill packs and saves plastic bottles from the landfill.

if ur a save that planet kinda person...
when u order this product u get 4 small bottles of cleaner in total. the description says 4 refills, but that isn't true. 4 refills implies that the bottle is filled when u get it, which it is not, so its really a bottle with 3 refills. I took off a star for the misleading description. they really should be more accurate on amazons website about what u r truly getting when u buy something.I found a discrepancy in the directions when I went to make my 1st bottle of cleaner. the instructions say to use 15.2 Fl oz of WARM TAP WATER. when u read the back of the green refill bottle, it states to use 2 CUPS OF PURIFIED WATER. which is it DUTYBOX? Is it tap water or is it purified water that doesnt mention the word warm anywhere. I went with warm tap water. I included a photo of where my finger was to show u where the water line should be. its right around the top of my finger. they should have made it visible on the bottle by drawing a line or embossing it on the bottle for easy measurements. if u r someone who is trying to cut down on ur plastic bottle waste, this product is definitely for u. u reuse the bottle and just buy the replacement cartridges.on to its cleaning capaiblies:I sprayed this stuff on my mirror, stove top, oven door (stainless steel), and toilet seat. in all places I received a streak free shine. I was pleasantly surprised by its cleaning power. it has a light odor when u pour the concentrate into the bottle, but while I was using it, I didnt notice anything. the sprayer has a mist function and a super sprayer. It took me a while to calm it down to the mist, so I wasted a lot in the beginning. (I also unscrewed it completely by accident.) I do feel that it mists way too much when u pull the lever all the way. I stopped pressing so hard after a while, and I felt like it was an adequate amount. I hope this was helpful.

Works Pretty Well On Many Surfaces
I decided to try DutyBox Interior Multi Surface Everyday Cleaner, All Purpose Household Cleaning Product. Refillable in an attempt to cut down on the number of cleaning products I have. So far, I’ve been pleased with the different surfaces I’ve thrown at it.One of the first things I looked at was whether or not the bottle leaked. I’ve had some bad experiences with spray bottles. I haven’t had any issues with the sprayer leaking for me. I figure by the time I work through all 4 refills, it’s going to be time for a new sprayer. If I don’t make it through all 4 refills before the spray bottle gives out, I’ll update my review. If the bottle still has some life in it, I can get more refills on this page without having to get another bottle. I like that the bottle is recyclable once I’m done with it.I’ve used the cleaner on mirrors, marble countertops and sinks and windows so far. It cleans all these surfaces well. I didn’t have any streaking when cleaning the mirrors or windows. I really like that I don’t get a heavy chemical smell with the cleaner, especially in smaller areas like the bathroom. I actually didn’t really smell it at all, but I have been pretty stuffed up lately. If there is a scent, it’s very light. I have gotten some of the cleaner on my bare hands and didn’t get any kind of skin irritation. It’s cleaned everything well so far, but I haven’t had any real heavy cleaning for it yet. For light to moderate cleaning, it’s done the job.TIP: I’ve found when cleaning surfaces like mirrors or glass, that you only need a small amount. When my rag (I use a HandiWipe) starts getting saturated, this is when I started seeing some streaks and “sudsing”. When that started, I just follow-up after wiping with a dry cloth. No problems. It was just starting to get too much cleaner on the surface.I’m pretty happy with the product. I like that I get what amounts to 4 bottles of cleaner that doesn’t take up a lot of storage space. It can also replace a few different types of cleaners in my home with this one cleaner.
