Q: Has anyone used this for several months for long periods? How is is holding up? (I want to use at a standing desk for long periods of time daily.)

I purchased my JFit mini on 15 July 2019, because my othopedic surgeon recommended for recovery after leg injury. Directed me to set tension at zero. Goal is the movement to get leg ability to bend at the knee again. Begin with one slow movement to go one full cycle. Do twice per day and keep doing gradually building. I now peddeling at maximum tension for 30 minutes, three times daily. As for the condition of the machine. Superb. Still going strong.

Q: Is this comfortable to use in the seated position? Does it help to be able to tilt the pedals?

Yes, very comfortable in the seated position. The pedals do not have a wide range of tilting, but it definitely makes a difference to tilt them for seated use. It doesn't provide a hard-core work out, but is great to include a bit of extra movement into an otherwise sedentary day. I purchased it for my elderly parents. They use it seated in a kitchen chair in front of the TV. They like to portability of it and the option of using it in a standing position if desired.
