Q: how long do they take to kick in? standard melatonin can take over an hour to work on me sometimes

For me, it takes 15-30 minutes to kick in and if I'm not IN BED TRYING TO SLEEP within ~45 minutes of taking these, the window of effectiveness passes and I have to do something else to get to sleep. So I take them, brush my teeth and go to bed ASAP.
