I’ve been using Gaia Herbs Plant Force Liquid Iron for about 1 year. I’m not anemic any more. I’m amazed at how my iron levels have improved. The taste is pleasant. I’m definitely going to keep using Gaia. This is becoming my favorite iron supplement.

My acupuncturist recommended this and said it wouldn’t make my constipated. I think she was right, but then again I’m also taking magnesium citrate. Tastes good, happy I don’t have swallow another pill supplement.

If it was not so expensive I would give it 5 stars. I hate how much money it is compared to the Mary Ruth’s but this honestly in my opinion is so much better. Taste is fine and ingredients are great. But I can’t justify spending that much money when it barely lasts a month.

This stuff is amazing! It is pricey, but definitely works. I noticed I had more energy just a couple days after I started using it. I was originally taking beef liver to help my iron levels go up, but it was making me feel sick. My sister told me about this, and I am so glad she did! Tasts good.
