Powerful and light weight
This is the 3rd XP3 13 I have in the last 10 years. Reliable and light weight. Has only USB-C ports but comes with a USB-C /USB adaptor.

Laptop great - charger not correct!
The laptop itself is great. Charging plug was not UK/UAE friendly so cannot be used!

Laptop hanging/freezing with no option rather than press the power button
randomly it gets freeze and no actions are accepted like the OS and laptop stopped working, ctrl-alt-del doesn't work and no option to work again other than press the power button for a couple of seconds and restart the OS which lost all my unsaved work!! tried to contact Dell, however, Amazon does not provide a warranty so they can not help with this, when searched around the same issue reported by a lot of users with the same version. could need a motherboard replacement... do not recommend Dell products in general.

Battery Problem
This is an issue in the battery, unfortunately the charge decreases dramatically.

Very well built, fast, and light weight. Coudn't make the digital sensor work, but doing fine with windows hello.

Could be 14 inch but otherwise, this is a wonderful machine!

It shuts off unpredictably when I touch the left side of it, and sometimes the video goes noisy when I touch the left side below the keyboard to the left of the trackpad. When I called tech support the person who answered was really rude and obnoxious and hung up on me.

I got this with top specifications and expected a performance burst compared to my still well-functioning 9 yrs old Sony Vaio Z laptop. That burst isn't that obvious though in daily mundane tasks. I however like my XPS and I believe it is the best Windows laptop for 2018. I would like it even more if it would have at least one USB-A port considering how finicky Thunderbolt 3 ports are and a headache most of us have with now must-have Thunderbolt 3 docks.

Really a great laptop, if you can live with the size. Meaning the text will be tiny so you do need good eyesight. Weight is good. Might be useful on an airplane, but I prefer a larger convertible or 2-in-1 laptop for that. A tablet fits better when the seat in front of you reclines. Screen on this is outstanding. Speed is good. And it's nice to look at.
