I love this McCormick Meat Tenderizer. It really does make the steak or deer meat tender. We leave the meat anywhere from overnight to a week and it is butter knife tender. I really like buying it in the bulk bottle. We use a lot of it.

I got this to try on our steaks for my dad. Due to his age and medical issues, he has a hard time eating steak and other cuts of beef. After doing some research on what to do to tenderize meat this product came up many times so thought we would give it a try. It's not bad. Does it work at well as I was hoping, no, but it does make meat a little more tender. I really like the seasoning flavor though it's a little saltier than I was hoping for but add other spices and that can be cancelled out.
