For someone that is trying to watch their sugar intake, these cookies are the way to go. The cookies are very sugar-conscious and would definitely be helpful if you are trying to eat less processed sugar. You can pronounce the ingredients on the label, and you can't taste the fruit distinctly, as much as the "chocolate". The cookies are low-calorie and high-fiber, which is definitely a dietary plus. As far as the texture of the cookies, they are very soft, and aren't crunchy like a "normal" cookie, but are a great substitution for a cookie containing processed sugar and other ingredients.Aside from being very tasty, they are a bit pricey. If you are trying to watch your sugar AND your money, I doubt that these would be the best choice for you. The box only contains about 8 cookies, which adds up to about $1.60 per cookie, which is a bit pricey. But considering it is such a health-conscious cookie, maybe the price is worth it for you. I would recommend maybe trying the cookies out and seeing how you like them, and then proceed to buy different types of Alyssa's Cookies instead of buying multiple boxes of them, because, they are very pricey. I definitely don't think these are sustainable for eating regularly, but if you are looking to maybe try different flavors and brands of low-sugar cookies, these would be one to try.Although these cookies are pricey, I have to admit, for being a low-sugar cookie, they are absolutely delicious!

Some of the smoothest chocolate, rich taste but not too intense. The oatmeal and other ingredients are the perfect complement. It is hard to put them down!

I'm obsessed with desserts. I eat something sweet every night. I also try to cut back on added sugars because they are not your friend! I found these cookies at a CVS one day. They were a little pricy but homemade and no added sugar, so I grabbed them. I've never looked back! I order off their own website normally, but while waiting a couple days for my next order to come, I had to do a One-Day order from Amazon so I wouldn't be without them. :) They are so good and you don't feel too guilty after eating a pack. If you're looking for your chocolate fix without all the added crap big companies put in their foods, buy these cookies. I wouldn't steer you wrong.

I liked that they were as moist as I'd heard them to be. When they arrived I took them out of the packaging they came in and put them into another container with a lid that completely closed to keep them fresh and moist longer. You can definitely tell that they have oats in them.For me they weren't chocolatey enough but you can definitely tell there's chocolate in them just not enough chocolate for me. Unfortunately, I cannot order them often enough to eat them every day but I wish I could and they were worth the price. I was able to get the package to last @ least 1 week. Which is something for this chocoholic. But it is a different way to get fiber into your diet and much more enjoyable than most other ways of fiber intake.The only down side for me was it took more than a week (almost 2 weeks) for me to get the product after I'd ordered it. That made me concerned that they wouldn't be as moist as I'd heard they were. But I was wrong. They were moist when they arrived.

If you are like me and limited by your sugar intake, you are always searching for products safe for you to consume. The problem is however that most sugar free, or low sugar products taste like cardboard or have a terrible aftertaste.So I decided I’d order one box of these cookies to determine if I would order them again. The cookies were tasty, very soft and really were delicious. But, (seems like there’s always a “but” with everything), the cookies were VERY EXPENSIVE! $20 for 5oz. That equates to about 6 or so pieces. I say pieces because these are not the traditional round cookies, but pieces. That didn’t bother me, but I couldn’t get over the price ! Now I understand why Mark Cuban invested in this company. Major profits at $20 for only 5oz.Yes, I stated earlier that these cookies were delicious and didn’t contain what I would consider bad ingredients but I can’t get over the price. The saying is “you get what you pay for,” however I will no longer purchase these cookies due to price and portion size. Too bad as I was really hoping these cookies would become a regular staple in my diet,

Hello. These contain dates, which I detest. The texture was mushy. They just didn’t taste good at all. I offered these to 5 different individuals at work, just to get rid of them and not waste them. All 5 people took 1 bite, spit it out, and threw the remaining cookie away. If you like mushy, date flavored snacks, you will like these. I still have all 4 containers I purchased in our pantry. Thank you.

Very delicious, and still moist. I call them my guilt free cookies. The company that ships them out always does amazing job.
