I wish I could give these 4 1/2 stars. These handles & door anchor are just fine & work very well with my current resistance band set. I would have given these 5 stars if I didn't compare them to the handles & door anchor on my other resistance band set. The grips are a little bit smaller on these and have a little less cushion but work just fine. The door anchor is the same way, just a little bit smaller (the foam part) but also works just fine. I bought this set mainly to have a couple extra handles so that I can have 2 different combinations of resistance band cords set up and ready to go without having to clip & unclip bands constantly when changing the type of work out being done. Not much else to say about these. They seem to be high quality and work just fine, but are just a little bit less substantial than my current ones. Some people could potentially prefer these to the others. The media could not be loaded. So, first of all, I have very little experience with resistance bands, so take my opinion for what it's worth. I do work out, but usually with freeweights, heavy bags and the like. This is my first foray into these newfangled contraptions.As the item description and other reviews point out, these do not come with their own resistance bands. This is just the handles to attach to your own bands.The handles are pretty comfortable, just from my perspective. There's quite a bit of padding on the rung, which should protect your hand at any reasonable resistance. It's not a massive amount of padding that I would expect on an expensive all-in-one-gym, or other equipment where the weight is going to be substantial. For a set of resistance bands, I think it's probably okay. They felt comfortable the way I was using them, at least.The door anchor seems to work well. It doesn't shift significantly while in use, and it seems pretty sturdy. It is not one of those anchors that clips to the corners of the door, so you should expect SOME shifting... but the padding provides some additional friction that helps keep it in place.I haven't owned these long enough to comment on durability. I'm estimating they'll last me a few years, but we'll see how it goes. I'll try to update the review once they die on me (if they ever do). From my initial testing, I'm not seeing any problems in the seams or quality that is going to lead to any immediate problems, so everything is going well on that end so far!In terms of quality and construction, they look just like the pictures and showed up to me just as expected. However, one of the handles had been sewn on twisted. This doesn't matter except cosmetically (and even then, I don't really care), but it's worth noting anyway.Overall I'm pretty happy with my purchase. Great way to do a little exercise without having to need a huge space to do it in. Its easy to set up and tear down so it doesn't cause a storage problem. Its really durable, I got this free for doing a review but its a real bargain at the price they are asking. My wife wants a set too so that we both exercise at the same time while doing different exercises. Great idea.

The bands worked great and were easy to use.
