Yes, it's sulfate free. Sulfates are usually used in shampoos or as surfactants or emulsifiers. This product is sulfate free and Curly Girl method approved if you follow that. :) The silicone used in this product is water soluble (if you are a no/low-poo person) as well. You can google "is it curly girl" and there are websites that let you copy and past the ingredient list of products, and they will tell you what they stuff in them is and what to watch out for. In what order do I use the air dry cream, the finishing mist and mousse?

I would use either air dry cream with finishing mist, OR mousse with finishing mist. But I really wouldn't use all three. If your hair is real thick and curly, dry, and frizzy, then go with the cream,....if you got thinner hair, or easily oily limp hair, if you know what I mean, then go with the mousse.
