Cooks and tastes well
I use this in rice pudding and Thai coconut rice. I wash well and cook it in a Zojirushi rice cooker. Iβm not Thai nor I have extensive experience with sticky rice so take my review with a grain of salt. It tastes good to me and performs well. I also may not know any better.
