Does it help improve falling, thinning hair ?

For "falling/thinning" hair...check thyroid levels as well as female hormone levels including testosterone (yes, women do have testosterone in their systems). If it just started after changing your diet it could very well be the sudden (shock) change in diet (including keto). Keto diet is tough on older/mature women especially. Or the thinning falling hair could be a hereditary trait such as in female and male pattern baldness. Hair loss is normal a month or so after having a baby due to rapidly dropping hormone levels of estrogen & progesterone and will stop naturally after a bit. Definitely get a good work up for cause by your GP or GYN!
