I have been taking Pantothenic Acid for many years and noticed that it has become increasingly difficult to find in the drug stores and nutritional shops. Therefore, I decided to buy this brand on-line and so far am very happy with it. And I like the 500 mg capsules. Seems to be a good quality brand. Pantothenic Acid has really helped aid in my energy level and my tired adrenal glands. I use it with B-Complex so as not to create a vitamin deficiency by taking to much of one B vitamin.Update: I have been a repeat customer of this item for the third time now. Obviously I like it as I continue to reorder it. Ha!

I trust Life Extension Products even though they are a little more expensive. They are made with quality products. I use Pantothenic Acid or Vitamin B-5 to decrease my allergies to cats. I have been taking them for 30 years and now live with 2 cats and have lived with cats for 30 years!!!!!

Vitamin B5 is used for people you have fibrosis it is a great product. I will continue to use this along with all my other B vitamins.
