Great concise version of the Bordessa's longer book on how to sustainably eat, grow, and make.
This is a great, concise, book about simple ways to live a more sustainable life through cooking, making, and cleaning. It has recipes, methods of preserving, simple guides for sewing basics and basket making, etc. So many things that were taught for generations, but so many currently feel are beyond them because the "how" has become a mystery. This special issue shows that the how isn't as difficult as we may think.It is a shorter version of Kris Bordessa's book Attainable Sustainable. If you already have that book, I do not think there is anything new in this special issue. If you do not have that book, this is a great shorter version for those interested in more sustainable living and/or beginning guides to making, preserving, and gardening.
