This products is always effective for me in reliving insomnia. I slept 9-10 hours. It doesn't give me drowsiness or after taste. For me, it works better when I used it occasionally. Maybe my body builds resistance easily but If you need something for everyday use, perhaps research for something else. Every-time I have anxiety or I'm close to my period and I can't slept this is my savior.

This is a very good product, i take it every night, and I can sleep much better now, and it's not addictive.

I use this to help with occasional difficulty relaxing before bedtime after a particularly stressful day. It works well without any "thick" feeling the next morning.
