Great little freezer that holds a lot
This is a great little freezer that really holds a lot of food. It has a nice narrow build to it so it doesn't take up a lot of room. Mine arrived with a little bit of damage. Some of the letters on the name had fallen off and a slight dent in it. We have it for extra storage in the basement so I didn't need to return it since no one is seeing it but us. I did receive a discount for the damage which was very appreciated. We didn't notice any significant jump in our electric bill from it and I haven't noticed any sound coming from the freezer. It is a nice addition to store our extra food.

Excellent freezer for people who Doesn't need a huge one Or to start with this
I was afraid from so many negative reviews I don't know why Maybe they had a bad experience my experience was excellent was no scratches on it I took the device of not turning it on before 48 hours and it's working very good Compact size fits into my kitchen Even it's a small kitchen Does not make noise Good quality and it fits on the shelf a 9 by 13 Plus another small one

Works fine, but oh boy the frost!
This little freezer works well for the most part, but it builds up frost worse than any other freezer I have ever seen. Will start to build up new frost within a day of defrosting it. Trying to keep it at bay to reduce how many times it needs to be done does not help. So while it works, I would not choose this one again.

Freezes Food Well, but Frost Makes It Frustrating - almost zero start (one start for looks !)
The first 6–7 weeks with this freezer were great, but after that problems started showing up. Food began to get frosty, shelves would accumulate frost, and items would stick to them. I made sure the door was properly closed and even cleaned it thoroughly following the manufacturer’s instructions. Still, the same issue came back after about 4.5–5 weeks. The next time, I took extra care to ensure all foods were completely dry before placing them in the freezer. Unfortunately, the frost buildup returned again in roughly the same time frame. At this point, it has become a frustrating routine, which should not be the case for a brand-new freezer. On the positive side, the unit looks great, runs quietly, and it does freeze food effectively. However, the constant frost buildup is unacceptable and very inconvenient. Overall, I’m not satisfied with its performance despite its good looks and low noise.——- Update 12/26/2025 Do Not Buy this Freezer. Nothing but frosty items cleaning- pain and time and money wasted - I need to trash this and buy something else - the return window is not enough to get a full grasp of how it works -

It's nice don't worry
I have had this freezer for two months not any frost build up at all I live in a colder climate but when I open the door it sticks hard like it's sealed really tight and hard to open and when I close it you here it sucking it closed with pressure I have the setting on number 2 and it is at -10° this is a very nice fridge it did not come damaged at all although it is very light for a freezer and I could definantly see it being damaged if not handled with care it only takes about $40 of electricity a year it's energy efficient and very nice good looking not to bulky the one thing I can tell you is if you buy one when it is delivered put it where you want it and leave it upright for a day or two before plugging it in or you could damage the internals of it otherwise more then happy with this one thumbs up to Amazon..

Works Well But GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY - Read Why
Before you read any further, if you plan on buying this freezer, GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!!! This is model EFRF694 and I tried numerous times to register it on Frigidaire’s website, but they don’t recognize the model when trying to enter it. So, put the burden on the extended warranty company should a problem arise. Delivery seemed OK, but upon unboxing it, the top rear black vented bracket was damaged. Assessing the damage and that the purpose of the plastic bracket is to keep from placing the freezer to close to the back wall, I decided not to return it IF the freezer operated as expected. Before plugging it it, I let it sit upright for a few hours so in case it had been on its side prior to receiving it, the refrigerant would return to its correct orientation. Level in its intended space, I plugged it in with a freezer thermometer inside and checked the temp after 25 minutes... 10 degrees. After 1 hour, 0 degrees. Later I loaded the freezer with meats & other frozen items (nice inside space - much easier to organize than a chest type freezer where it’s hard to see/find). After around 9-10 hours, the inside temperature is minus 5 degrees. Aside from the rear damage I mentioned, I have now noticed a very small ding in the front door. Both the rear damage and front door ding obviously occurred during shipping... One very obvious and the other not do much. The shipping box is cardboard and certainly not thick enough. There was styrofoam protection on each corner, but thin and obviously designed to steady the freezer in shipment as were top & bottom styrofoam pieces. Not good enough to protect the freezer during normal handling and certainly not good enough if shipping gets a little rough. So 2 Things To Remember: 1 - Get the extended warranty - No apparent way to register it with Frigidaire*** 2 - There may be some shipping damage & you’ll need to decide If you want to keep the freezer or return it. If it works well and you can live with the appearance, keep it as the replacement may be much worse. ***From what I can determine reading the included manual, I believe this freezer was manufactured in Canada

Great purchase from beginning to end.
This freezer comes perfectly packaged, on time and is not overly heavy like the other freezers I've owned and at a great price...

I was thrilled with the great price and the small size of this upright freezer. Three or four days after plugging it in and putting food in it, I opened the door to discover moisture and condensation and lots of frost around the top centre of the unit and the door. That was the only place frost was forming. The seal in the top centre of the door is not perfectly airtight, so I will have to figure out how to deal with that problem. I’ve only had it six weeks, and I am very happy with it except for the leaky seal and frost buildup (which I can live with & are determined to resolve)..
