I made a shrimp Risotto for him using this rice and he flipped out. What more do you need to know? Vivere per mangiare! (Live to eat) 😉

This rice works beautifully for every risotto recipe I've tried. I've just ordered my second batch of 6 boxes and can't wait to try new risotto recipes with spring vegetables!

Quite decent risotto rice. Wide grains. As an Italian and risotto aficionado I think it is best for "wet" risotti.
