Yes, this stuff really works! (Read Review)
The short:This works exactly how its described and brings back the factor color to your sun faded plastics. This is not a temp fix which fades the next day (like tire shine), this really does restore it.The long:I actually hesitated on buying this product because of its size and cost. I bottle of trim restore at AutoZone or advance auto is like 8 bucks and comes in a 12 ounce bottle size (350 ml)Quick math would put that at around 3 cents an ounce, This C4 product is 45 dollars for 15ml is around 3 dollars an ounce, literally 100 times as expensive.Well, the thing is I have tired those car shop trim restores before and quite frankly, they are only really good for showing off your car that weekend, or posting it for sale… as the restore last a week tops. In some cases, (with armorall) I found it actually looked worst after some time then before I applied it.Needless to say, I was actually looking for a more permanent solution and didn’t want to go the auto shop route again and found this recommend on a forum, with the post saying this was the only product that actually worked. I saw the results and decided to try it.Prep:First wash your bike or car off completely with a mild soap and water mix, for me It was my bike and I just used a large bowl with a soap water mix and a wash cloth, (this took 10 minutes)Do a quick rinse with some clean (no soap) water and dry it down (5 minutes)Then take some rubbing alcohol and put it on a small cloth and go over all the plastic you are going to restore. If you haven’t used alcohol for cleaning, don’t worry this is one of the few strong cleaning products that actually does no damage to anything (paint or plastics) and evaporates clean. (This took another 5 minutes)Once all cleaned up, put on some gloves and pour just a few drops on to the supplied pads and beginning wiping down one plastic area with it. Be sure to stay just on the plastic and get into all the edges completely. Anything you miss will be obvious you missed it so take your time. This took about 10 minutes each side of my bike (20 total). After your done do a wipe down with the same pads supplied to make sure you don’t have any streaks and add additional to areas that you may need more. For me it was truly one coat and done.I was able to do my full fairing BMW with less than 1 bottle of the 15ml (probably used about 10ml’s)From the time I opened the package to when my bike was completely finished was 40 minutes. If you use up the pads (I only used 4 so I still had ones left over) but if you do, you can use makeup remover pads, just make sure they are just the pads with no remover product applied, they are usually like 5 bucks for 100 of them and can get them at CVS or any grocery store.Once all applied keep it out of the rain for a day and let it sit overnight, next morning your good to go.Its been 2 weeks now since applied, and though I know that isn’t long, its quite clear that it looks exactly how it looked after I applied it to weeks ago. This is already quite noticeably better than any other product I have ever used for restoring.Couple quick points:This is a clear product that simply restores any color back to its original finish, so ifs grey, charcoal, or black it will bring it back to like new. This works on faded and spotted areas as well as sun streaks and over washed areas, which if you’re the type that washers you bike or car regularly you will know that it starts to fade the plastics faster than even the sun does.Last this really works but take your time and prep and apply it as I mentioned, don’t rush and you will have a great looking product.Hope that helps!

Best on the Market!!!
I’ve tried SO many black trim restorers, spent untold dollars on products that failed to work. Most would give a new trim look for a couple days, and then fade away. Some were just greasy oils that didn’t do anything the actual plastic trim to remove the oxidationThis product changes the game! For the price, I was skeptical it figured it couldn’t hurt. From the very first application spot, I noticed an immediate difference. It went on very easily and goes a long way. This actually absorbs into the plastic trim and makes it look brand new. Other products simply lay on top and give a fake shine. It’s been 3 weeks since i applied this to my 2018F-150 and it still looks factory fresh. My trim was that faded grey color that trim gets and this product FINALLY does what it says it will. I immediately bought the larger bottle to do my wife’s car as she actually noticed the truck trim!!Stop with the weekly “back to black” products out there…. THIS will be the last one your ever need!
