This book is a pleasure.
The author builds up skills starting with the eclair shell then adding on more complex sections of recipes. I was happy to see the ingredients are listed with both liquid measure and the equivalent of metric weight measured by grams. Also the piping bag tip sizes are specified within the recipes to make the quantity needed. Finally, an important quality about this book is that it describes the technique used in order to achieve results by giving short and concise instructions to include some step-by-step photos for some of the recipes which is good for beginners to establish a solid baseline.

I made eclairs !!!
This book is fantastic. The recipes are detailed The pictures are a great help. there are little notes and hints that are great. I thought eclairs was something I would ever be able to make I was surprised it was easy with these instructions. I love this book I hope the author writes more books !!

This book covers so much about cream puffs and eclairs, great for beginners and novices. The writer thoroughly explains the whys and how’s for the doughs and offers very versatile recipes that allow some room for improv with explanation on texture.Great book!
