Just like OEM!
An oil filter from K&N for my 2014 Jeep Cherokee 3.2L Trailhawk. It fit like a glove and was easy to replace. It was easier to change the oil and filter on this Jeep than it was to change the oil and filter on my old 08' Jeep Grand Cherokee with the 3.7L. Practically no mess draining the oil and replacing the filter.I've used K&N products in the past and I just like them. They perform well, are reliable and was reasonably priced.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (5/5 STARS)!
As a jet engine technician, I believe I know a thing or two when it comes to the importance of proper engine lubrication. Remember folks: Oil to an engine is what blood is to a human: the cleaner, the better.Back in the day (circa 1990's), I use to run K&N oil filters in my drag racing Novas. I would drive them HARD. Dump the clutch at 7000 RPM on 10" slicks. bang through all 4 gears... gas pedal to the floor (nothing like a Muncie 4-speed whining). No mercy. Good times... indeed.Twisted Ford 9" 31-spline axles? Yep. Burnt a few Hayes clutch disks? Never, ever, have I suffered an engine failure. I take great pride in saying that as I blueprinted all my own engines.Anyhow... moving along.True, these filters are more expensive. Seeing how a piston and rod assembly use to cost me over $2k, spending $10 more on an oil filter is a joke. Makes sense, no? My buddies and I have dissected our fair share of dirty oil filters and let me tell you that K&N has always left me impressed when compared to Fram, AC Delco, Purolator, etc..If you understand how an internal combustion engine works, you know that oil filtration is extremely important. It has to be able to filter the oil, yes, but without causing a restriction (starving) to the reciprocating assembly. The quality of the components found in K&N filters is of high quality. This is why I only use K&N oil filters whenever they are available for my vehicle... even if it's just for a 2021 Jeep Cherokee with a cute 3.2l engine ;)
