An excellent collection of articles
I was looking for advice to handle extreme anxiety for one of my relatives who calls me, stressed out and asking for just such advice. I thought many of the suggestions in this book seemed excellent and authoritative. I really loved a couple of the more creative suggestions, like naming your anxiety, so you can give it a good talking to, and explain why you're not going to listen to "him" or "her."
