My ladyfingers
It is very hard to find anything Italian here in Florida. I hope that changes pretty soon because there are a lot of northern people moving down here, especially from New York and New Jersey, which are 3/4 of Italians. The ladyfingers I got from Amazon are very nice. I haven’t used them yet But they look like they’ll work just fine thank you.

The best ladyfinger biscuits I’ve tried so far.Too bad amazon just used inadequate packaging to ship them in, biscuits arrived all crumbled.Sometimes it’s hard to understand the logic, when Amazon ships some durable items in an oversized box with a lot of cushioning, yet they ship delicate ladyfingers in a simple plastic bag…

They are not savoiardi kookies
Those cookies are not for the Tiramisu’ recipe!!They are super hard and dry and once dipped in some liquid they crumbled in your hand. A disaster for me trying to make the Italian dessert!

Best Tiramisu
These cookies make the best Tiramisu.They dip in coffee so we'll amd absorb tons of flavor.They kept there shape in the cake which is very important so that it won't be squishy.Cookies were fresh and had a good light crispy texture

Broken
Biscuits are ok, but in every package there were at least two ladyfingers broken. If you are looking for a better quality order the Savoiardi brand. I've bought those many times and was never disappointed. I won't be ordering this brand again.
