This salmon is worth every penny you pay for it
This salmon is worth every penny you pay for it. It is the hot smoked taste all the way through. There is a subtle hint of the original brine. It's firm and flaky without being dry. Good balance of moisture. It is packed into two separate 1 pound vacuum sealed bags and delivered in a cooler with dry ice and completely frozen. Buy this instead of those touristy samples that are usually awful. This is what smoked salmon should taste like.
