Great PWM Fan
This is a fantastic fan. Its whisper quiet and moves a good amount of air. If you have PWM headers on your motherboard, then you can easily setup the fan in your BIOS. I am using 4 of these in my PC. I am using an ASRock Z77 Extreme4, which has two PWM headers. One is marked CPU1 on the top of the board, and the other is CHA_1 on the bottom of the board. I have two of these fans installed on a Noctua NH-D14 and connected to the CPU1 header. This setup seems to work just a little bit better than the fans provided by Noctua since they can adjust their speed with the CPU load. At full load on Prime95 and IBT I am seeing my i7-3770k run about 4c cooler. The other two fans are mounted on the top of my case (Corsair Vengeance C70) and connected to the CHA_1 header. These fans barely make a peep and they don't generally spin up to much, even under full CPU load. That is perfect for me. Also, since they are on the top of the case, they are mounted horizontally, which doesn't seem to work out to well for some fans. These fans do not seem to mind at all. They make no unusual noises when mounted horizontally. Overall, I am very satisfied with these fans and I will buy more for future builds.

Nice specialty fan
I've got this one for cooling down my low profile Scythe Shuriken CPU heatsink. The heatsink comes with a 100mm fan which is only 10mm deep, which is nice and does the job. But TBH, 10mm is not enough to push sufficient air to allow the heatsink to perform at it's best. So, I checked the gap between the original 100mm fan and it's surroundings and found that this heatsink could accomodate 92mm fans with it's supplied brackets and gave it a go. Perfect fit! and being a BladeMaster, I had no doubts or regrets. I have purchased this line of fans before and none of them failed. In my opinion, the BladeMaster series has one the best noise-cfm-rpm balance out there, with a sturdy, solid construction and plenty of accessories included for any configuration. Keep in mind this one is the PWM version!, so it comes with 4 pin connector and is intended for CPU heatsink replacement fan (mostly). If you just need a simple 92mm case fan, check the 3 pin model. Highly recommended.

Excellent Inexpensive Fan for Radiators, Heatsinks or Drive Cooling (Static Pressure Fan)
Pros: +One of the best performing Static Pressure fans in the 120mm fan size, and especially at this price +Nice bright green LED's +Great fan blade design permits low RPM with very good performance allowing for quieter use +Low price Cons: -Made in China -Sleeve bearing, which does not have the life expectancy of more expensive fans **Stats: =Model R4-L2R-20AG-RW =UPC: 884102007965 =EAN: 4719512019108 =120mm x 120mm x 25mm =3-pin DC-fan (vs 4-pin PWM), therefore LED brightness adjusts with the voltage provided (lower voltage = slower fan speed = dimmer LEDs) =50,000 hour MTBF Sleeve Bearing (ball bearing is better) =Max speed: 2,000 RPM =Max airflow: 69.69 CFM or 118.3 m^3/h =Max air pressure: 2.94 mm of H2O =Max noise: 19 dBA =Max power draw: 4.2W (0.35A) This fan is designed to best function where there are objects within 3", such as a radiator grill, heatsink or hard drive cage(s). It will not throw air far into a larger case. It will however force air into small crevices (or pull through them) with a much greater success than fans with fewer blades and/or large gaps in the blade design. Two of these are cooling my processor mounted on a Corsair H100i GTX Extreme radiator (240mm long). I only have to keep them at 1080RPM @ 5.6V for excellent thermal performance If you want a fan for pushing air through a case, then an Air Flow Fan design would benefit you. Those have higher CFM (cubic feet per minute) values than this fan

Great for the Cooler Master 212
I decided to get this fan to implement the dual fan configuration of the Hyper 212 from cooler master and it was a great fit. The fan is very quiet, however I had to change the BIOS configuration for CPU Fan notifications. I was getting constant warnings of sub 600RPM performance and it is because this fans normal speed is slightly below that threshold. This does not mean that the fan is not cooling the CPU efficiently, to the contrary there is plenty of airflow with the fan but the sub 600RPM keep it whisper quiet. I did push it to max capacity to test the sound level and it is much lower than my old ThermalTake fans on my case, the PSU fan has a higher noise than the two Cooler Masters on full speed. if you have some noise on your background (tv, game) you wont notice. I found the best compromise for performance and noise to be the default medium speed which allows a stable OC 4.9HGZ of a 3770K with a max load temperature (load tested with Prime) of 79C.

im a Fan... get it? is punny stuff :P
i ordered 2 for my NZXT Phantom case for my side HDD intakes, first one was bad, one LED stopped working, one flickered, and the fan throttled up and down constantly. got the replacement, runs like a champ, other one i ordered was perfectly fine. LEDS are bright too when fully cranked up :) i <3 my eerie green glowing monster :D my ONLY gripe with these fans is that they are a TAD on the loud side at full RPM. .... then again i game and record with headphones on so i cant hear the little bit of noise, and neither does my mic in my videos. Good fans, would recommend for the price.... cheaper than NZXTs fans at the same size XD 10/10 would buy again. GG Cooler Master..... now if only NZXT wasnt such a nazi with fan sizes id get your 200mm fans as well..... oh well... *patiently awaits NZXT to make more greed LED 200mm fans*
