Having problem for getting breaking bluetooth sounds.

For those who have a mac pro/hackintosh, how difficult is it to hook up the bluetooth adapter cable?
I installed the card and wifi works oob in 10.15.2 but bluetooth is not showing up anywhere. Any idea on how to get it working is 10.15.2
