More than met my expectations. I would gladly pay full price!
This little beetle more than met my expectations.( I have not used the scheduling feature.)Pros:1. Comes with a cleaning tool, extra side brushes and an extra filter.2.Works on my dark colored rugs.3. Picks up lots of dirt despite random action.4. Is able to dock despite obstacles.(see details)5. Handles a threshold of about .75 inches, close to its limits. (Sometimes it takes more than one try, or will seem to be stuck, then clears it.)5. Does our thick area rugs.Cons:1. The dock station is very lightweight and is sometimes moved by the RoboVac when it tries to dock.2. I could not see where using the Max power level on the remote improved the suction on my dirtiest area rug. However, after the 3rd running( and not using the Max feature) the area rug looked great and stays looking great.Have realistic expectations:There are things the RoboVac can’t do:1. It won’t go under recliner sofas.2. It won’t go behind doors, where dust bunnies hide.Solution:I use a long handled microfiber dusting tool to pull out the dust and dirt from these areas, then run the RoboVac.Tips:Be patient. It took 3 days and 4 runnings to see lots of improvement. ( but emptying the dustbin will convince you it’s doing something)Clear obstacles. We put a chair in front of our openvertical blinds and move the music stand.Preform regular maintenance and cleaning. Conclusion: I would gladly pay full price for this RoboVac.Details:I am 68 years and my husband is 74. Last fall we had a home remodeled for us and had “hardwood” floors put in throughout. The area we live in is quite rural and dusty. There is fine sand that’s tracked in no matter how entry rugs you have ( and I have quality ones everywhere). We have 2 tiny fury “non-shedding” dogs which drag in a surprising amount of dirt. I had 2 back surgeries in my 30’s and now my back doesn’t care for vacuuming. My husband helps, but quite frankly we just didn’t do it often enough. I looked into buying a RoboVac last year. I looked at the well known brand and decided that there’s no way I could afford that, and if I were to put out that kind of money I would want the reviews to be close to 90% 5 star. They’re not. So I explored other brands. Eufy ( whoever that is) came out the winner. Still, I didn’t pull the trigger. Remodeling and moving expenses were adding up and our retirement budget was stretched to the max. But, the dirt continued to accumulate in our beautiful home. I happened to be going through the flash sales at the end of October and saw this Eufy RoboVac on sale. The discount was substantial. I did not hesitate. I ordered it immediately. Due to doctors appointments and other obligations the Amazon box sat unopened for 12 days. Finally I opened it, attached a few pieces and charged it. Then I pushed auto on the remote and she started her random work. She was confined to the kitchen and living room and 1 bath area as we have a dog gate separating that area from the rest of the house. She ran for over an hour.I was pleased about the following things:1. She easily handled our area rug and matching runner even though the design has some patches that are almost black.2. Even more surprising was that it cleaned our “charcoal grey” entry rug by the sliding glass door. I was sure it’s sensors would avoid that!3. My husband, who was a skeptic of the random motions, was pleased and sold on it when I showed him the dustbin after she ran.4 She was able to dock , even though she had to go under a chair and make several corrections to make the 90 degree turn to the dock. We were unable to give her a six fit clearance as recommended, so I was very surprised. After the first running, the charcoal grey rug was not 100% clean, but now after several runnings, it looks great. This was a real eyesore in our home as this is the door we would take the dogs in and of and there was always fine sand and dry grass and this time of year dry leaves in this rug. Not anymore!Next, I carried her from the base to the master bedroom and set her to work on the other side of the dog gate consisting of the master bedroom, master bath, laundry area, a music room which connects to the living room where the dog gate is and an office room. This area was rarely vacuumed by either of us . We do have to move the old fashioned heavy duty music stand to the other side of the dog gate, otherwise she will get stuck on one leg of the stand.Again she preformed flawlessly. The first day we picked up the 2 thick bathroom rugs we use by the bed, but the second day I forgot, and she handled them great. We have 2 extra long adjustable twin beds in the bedroom which have several wires under them. My husband tied the wires up and we also put the beds up in the highest position for the legs and head. She does great with this area, too.My biggest complaint is that the base is very light weight and is easily moved by the “ beetle” when she tries to dock. We will have to come up with a remedy for that. I have not used the scheduling feature and I probably won’t. I am afraid one of two dogs would leave a surprise for her the one time I forgot to check. Running her with the remote has worked for us.

Love our Eufy so far!
EDIT 7/20/23: Unfortunately our unit took a nasty tumble into the basement a couple of months ago and never worked again. This was also our SECOND unit as the first one was replaced under warranty due to a wheel and motor issue. The second one's side brush motor stripped less than a year into its use, although we were using it daily, which is probably more than most people. The replacement is also not terribly difficult if you're handy. I will say that this thing lasted a bit over two years with daily use, which was great for the price I paid for it. If it hadn't taken the tumble, it would have lasted longer and it still would do a full cleaning cycle on a charge (although the cycles were getting a bit shorter). We have since upgraded to a G30 unit that could use boundary strips to avoid our third Eufy unit meeting the same fate. We were also gifted a second G30 without boundary strips for our upstairs.Original review:We've had ours for about two weeks now. Our apartment is a little over 1000 square ft and has both (faux?) wood floors and carpet. I was looking at getting a vacuum that was better on carpet anyway and the reviews looked promising. So far, it's been a tremendous quality of life inprovement. The first two runs I emptied a shocking amount of dust. We were seriously impressed with how much it picked up, and it did as great of a job on carpets as it did on the hard floors. I don't think I've ever had floors this clean. I appreciate that it can clean under most of our furniture. It's very easy to clean out and programming it with the remote is also straightforward.Eufy currently lives under our futon due to lack of wall space but it finds its way back without much issue. As some people have mentioned, it'll get stuck on (or drag around) loose cords, but it has less of an issue with the thicker ones than the ones that are phone charger sized. Eufy also has gotten stuck a few places: under the fridge (clearance issue - a friend who bought the same model at the same time also has this problem), brushes getting caught on loose threads from rugs (I just check these when I empty it out now), and occasionally loose clothing. Otherwise, it's pretty self-sufficient. It does bounce around to clean but we find that it gets the main room, both bedrooms and both bathrooms pretty thoroughly. It finds its way around the furniture and in between narrow passages (one of my biggest initial concerns) pretty well.I have been recommending that all of my friends get one now, especially since a friend and I bought ours at the same time. It's definitely worth it.

Works Well To Supplement Cleaning on Hardwood or Carpet
I bought this for myself for Christmas and I have a lot of hardwood flooring throughout the house, with a little carpeting. In regular cleaning mode it is very quiet and a little bit noisier when you use maximum suction but still quieter than a regular vacuum. I found that it will run for an hour easy when fully charged, and I leave it powered off when I'm not using for long stretches of time. It's easy to get it started and I love the remote control feature - you can put it on auto cruise or have it go around the walls of the room or spot clean and all of the features work well. With the remote you can also "drive it" like a remote controlled car. This works perfectly to spot clean a carpet area or get under beds when you have hardwood flooring and get all the dust bunnies, but of course this does not mean you no longer have to mop or sweep. This works well as supplemental cleaning and I still mop and sweep regularly. You also cannot have cords and lots of furniture - its just going to get stuck. It works best in fairly empty rooms where it cannot get trapped in chair legs or table legs and such. Of course, if the room is pretty cluttered, don't bother with this - but if the room just has a couch, chairs and coffee table and such, it works great. I empty it after each use and I use it a couple times a week. I gave the suction three stars because it will get up little bits of liter or cat food and such, but it seems to have a little trouble with dust unless its right over it.

Life Changing, and Superb Customer Service
Hey folks. I bought this model of Eufy while on sale a little over six months ago, and have used it daily since. Thinking about buying one? Do it. No regrets here, and I wish I had purchased one when I first began thinking about it a year and a half ago.I live next to the Gulf Coast in Florida, and coastal living = constant sand. Fine, white quartz sand ends up in your home constantly regardless of how many rugs and floor mats you place at entranceways. Our home is completely tiled, and the powdery sand sticks to everything, so it’s a never ending battle keeping the floors clean. We used to sweep pretty much daily in the morning, and then use a hand vac around corners in the evening just to keep up with it. We also have one cat, a Great Pyrenees, and an English shepherd, so sweeping daily was necessary to keep fur from drifting into giant globs in corners and under furniture. After purchasing the Eufy, and charging it up, we no longer have to sweep every day. The eufy is simply fantastic at getting up all the pet fur and sand. Instead of sweeping every morning, I now stare off vacantly out the window while drinking my coffee, and the eufy sweeps for me.My five year old named our Eufy “Mumford” and we created a face cut out from a roll of white window cling vinyl (purchased the white vinyl window cling on amazon too- it’s meant for those Cricut machines) for the little guy. Mumford is now a treasured family member. For reference, my house is all tile and is about 1500 square feet. The eufy can clean our dining room, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and playroom on a single charge, but since it doesn’t map out the rooms, I do place it in one room at a time, and block it off or shut the door. It does fine if I don’t block it off, but takes longer to get the job done. Since I keep the common areas clutter free, it is no trouble running the eufy every morning. I have my kiddos pick up anything on the floor, and then we hit the button and go about getting breakfast ready. If you are messier, or have a lot of clutter in your home- a Eufy probably isn’t the answer. It can’t do a good job if it isn’t able to roam around freely to vacuum. It fits under all of our furniture, and maneuvers well around my oak dining tables and chairs. If your home is very large and multi level, and you don’t want to pay attention - you may want something that maps your home. Eufy bumps around haphazardly, and when you leave it on long enough and run it consistently, it does a great job. I do not run it when we aren’t home, and I do not run it at night when we are sleeping. The last thing I want is for one of the dogs or the cat to get sick, and then have eufy run over the mess. Eeew. If you have pets, don’t make that mistake. If your home is larger than 1500 square feet, you’ll likely have to clean different sections at a time maybe on different days or nights of the week.Customer service is fantastic. After six months of daily use, our unit had a malfunction. The bumper on the right side would stick, and our unit would spin constantly clockwise. I contacted Eufy, and they did some troubleshooting with me, and when that didn’t fix the problem, I was sent a brand new unit. They emailed me a free return label to ship my old one back to them at no charge. All in all this is an excellent and helpful product, and the company that makes it is reliable and true to the warranty. I know several people that own one and love it, and have recommended it to friends and family members.Buy one!!!!!!

Great customer service
THE GOODCustomer service is awesome! We had one that after a month or so it quit charging. After some emails back and forth they replaced my unit with a brand new one! Even after the 30 day return period. They stood behind their warranty and it was not a hassle. The price is great compared to other robot vacuums. This is my first robot vacuum so I can't compare it to others on performance. But for us it is great. We have vinyl plank flooring throughout the house. It is perfect for these floors. We also have 2 dogs and 1 cat in the house. So daily vacuuming is a must. The suction seems good. There usually isn't anything left on the floors after it completes it cycle. It gets under our beds, which is great! It is quieter than expected. The dogs dont notice it and the cat likes to play hide and seek with it. Our home is a little more than 1900 square ft and it gets most of it. We knew it wasn't rated for our size home. But it vacuums the entire house over a 2 or 3 day period. Overall, we are very satisfied with the product itself, and especially the customer service.THE NOT SO GOODIt stumbles around the house in an irregular pattern. It seems to waste some of its battery life vacuuming the same areas. It just bounces off this and off that making no sense to how it cleans. But it typically leaves the floors clean once its finished. The only other not so good is the cleaning it out after every cycle. Of course we knew that would have to be done. But it does all the vacuuming for you, the least you could do is clean it out.On a side note, our trim is light in color and it can see the trim and wont bump into it very often. But it cant see dark items, so it will bump into those. Also, make sure to pick up cords or anything that can roll up in the brush roller. After a couple of days we figured that out the hard way.Overall, we are very satisfied with this robot vacuum and would recommend it to anyone, specifically due to the customer service we received.
