I received the product. It was well wrapped one of the packets had a small tear in it, which they put in a clear plastic bag and mailed it. It was great value for the price I would buy it again.

It only takes a few minutes to make as you bring the powder and water to boil then simmer for a moment then and it's done. It is supposed to have less sodium, but it still has a decent salty taste. I've been on a gravy kick lately, and I went through four packets already in the last few days for my mashed potatoes or pasta. I don't have any complaints, thank you.

I never made gravy in a packet before. This was easy and delicious. I had to add an extra half cup of water because McCormick always has great quality to everything they sell so the first time it was a bit to thick. After that I used it often. It is way better than the bottled, and a hundred times better than the can.
