Excellent!
One of the best set of posters ever! Not too big, wipeable, thick enough so they don't tear. With all the possible exercises out there one can do, the selection is great for a home work out. Every part of the body is covered. Each poster has a clear depiction of single exercises, for one of several modalities. A great addition would be a poster each for Suspension Training and the half Bosu ball. Added bonus, a PDF to refer to if one is not familiar with a particular exercise, explaining how to do it. Great purchase!

Great Service and excellent quality posters.
Fast Service and great quality plastic coated fitness posters. No problem flattening them when removed from the tube and I’m very pleased with the detail, images and variety of exercises on each poster. Really looking forward to getting them onto the ‘Home Gym’ wall....they will be a great prompt to keep trying a variety of different routines during workouts.
