Super delish! The tea is so tasty. I love the nutty notes. It’s roasty like coffee, which I find utterly appealing, and if you’re a person who cares to pair, it’s gorgeous with a dark milk chocolate with sea salt. It's a bit expensive for the amount given, but it makes a very delicious roasted buckwheat tea. It is reminiscent of Korean mixed grain powder drinks, if you've had those; savory and nutty. It has a good, strong flavor. I'd recommend this tea for people looking for a pick-me-up without the caffeine!

I've tried this and the FullChea tartary buckwheat tea. I can taste no discernible difference, and this version is over 4x the price per ounce. I'm no tea connoisseur, so this may not be applicable to those who have a pickier palate, but I'm willing to bet that at least 95% of the population would not be able to tell the difference either.
